Q: Will it be hot at the farm?

A: Stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates on weather as we get closer to March.

Q: Can we purchase produce at the farm?

A: YES! In fact, we encourage it! We will have lots of fresh, grown on the farm produce already harvested for you! Produce available will include Navel Oranges, Grapefruit, Green Beans, and much more! We will also have fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit, and pomegranate juice for sale, so pack an ice chest for the ride home!

Q: What dining options will you have?

A: Stehly Farms Market will be serving up a fresh strawberry salad and we will also have a barrel smoker BBQ going!

Q: May I bring my own food?

A: Yes, you may bring your own food! Feel free to pack a picnic and relax under our shade trees while you eat!

Q: Are there animals at the farm?

A: Yes! We have chickens, turkeys, llamas, mini horses, pigs, sheep, goats, and lots of dogs! Our petting zoo will be up and running so you can interact with some of the barnyard animals!

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Although we LOVE our animals, we would appreciate if you left your dog or pet at home. Bringing your dog may scare the livestock at the farm. (Service dogs allowed)

Q: Are there tractor rides?

A: Yes! We will have tractor ride tours running all day long! Tours will depart approximately every 10-15 minutes, we greatly appreciate your patience! We added a third vehicle to give tours this year so we will be able to get everyone on a tour much faster.

Q: Can I drive the tractor?

A: Unfortunately no.

Q: But I’m really good at driving a tractor!

A: Still no.

Q: Do you accept debit and credit cards?
A: Yes, we certainly do! We also accept cash. To keep the cars at the entrance to the farm moving rapidly, please bring cash to cover the $6 admission per person. Kids 4 and under are free!

Q: What do I get with my $6 admission?

A: Every paid admission will receive a free gift! You will have a variety of FREE activities to choose from once you are in the gates including tractor ride tours, a photo set up, petting zoo, and more! Feel free to roam the farm while you are here!

Q: I have a question about organic farming. Is there somebody I can ask?

A: Absolutely! Owners Noel and Jerome Stehly and their families will be at the event all day giving tours. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!

Q: Do you accommodate for private tours?

A: We would love to speak with you about a private tour! To better serve you and all of our guests, we ask that you call into the office on Monday to find out more info!

Q: Can I take pictures at the farm?

A: Please do! We will have a small area set up with hay, corn stalks, and scarecrows for you to take some fun pictures! Feel free to take pictures all around the farm as well! If you are into social media, please use the hashtag #sfopumpkins when posting on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook! Please “Check-In” on Facebook and 4Square if you are active users. We would love to see the great pictures you all take!

Q: I have some feedback I’d like to give you about your event. How can I do that?

A: We would love to hear any feedback you have, positive or negative! Send an email to or give us a call in the office. We are always looking for ways to improve our events!

Q: Do you guys offer CSA subscriptions?

A: Yes we do! We will have flyers available at the produce stand, and you can also sign up here!

Q: One of the dogs is trying to eat my food. What can I do?

A: If one of the animals is bothering you, please grab a member of the Stehly Farms Organics team. We will gladly take care of any issues.

Q: Do you have tables and chairs to sit on?

A: We have tables and chairs that are open for anyone to use! Feel free to bring your own folding chairs, blankets, etc. as the tables will likely fill up!

Q: Will you have bathroom facilities?

A: Yes! We have recently upgraded to a permanent restroom!

Q: Are there bees and flies at the farm?

A: There are bees and flies everywhere on the farm.

Q: Why do you use so many exclamation points?
